The room I stayed in was new, with a spacious bathroom; the location was great, and the people at the front desk were friendly.

Unique atmosphere was a great plus.

Extremely friendly staff who gave an excellent service and the setting was stunning. We also went to city center, located relatively close to the hotel.

The place was peaceful and stylish, just what I needed. The staff was extremely friendly and amiable, making everything perfect.- I enjoyed an outstanding breakfast with a view of Vesuvius.- The location was excellent and convenient for all my destinations. 

It was great that I could easily book a room that was wheelchair accessible, had a terrace, a beautiful balcony, and offered a stunning view of the nearby mountain.

We had a wonderful warm welcome from the staff upon arrival! The grounds and common areas are simply stunning, surrounded by gorgeous gardens. This place is enchanting and worth making a stop here to at least visit during the day or early evening. The 

The staff were excellent and unbelievably helpful. We ran into difficulty with a car rental company and the hotel were brilliant. The rooms are beautiful, the hotel gorgeous and the gardens were blissful
